Lao Zi tried his best to describe the Way of Dao to us. He gave nine attributes of Dao. Surprising, it is very similar to the Bible 9 attributes of the fruit of the Spirit. His last one resonates with Steve Jobs' stay hungry and stay foolish.This Chapter 15 begins by resonating with Chapter 1 that the Way(Dao) is beyond man's ability to grasp fully but nevertheless, Lao Zi try to give a best description of what Dao is. He give nine attributes of Dao ending with the last one of humility, never to think that one know all but continue to renew oneself. This reminds me of Steve Jobs' famous speech of "Stay hungry, stay foolish". The nine attributes of Dao also reminds me of the 9 attributes of the fruit of the Spirit as given in Galatians 5:22-23. The matching is really quite close. Check it out for yourself.
