The Polite Way of Expressing Disagreement

Instead of saying an explanation or point of view is wrong. It may be more acceptable to say that the interpretation is not necessary or helpful.

Better still, put the statement into a question first. A question expresses uncertainty and seek clarification. Give the listener an option to agree or disagree or contribution additional point of view.

We can ask some guiding questions. Such as, is it necessary to have this ? What help does this bring?
And even more encouraging question will be "What situations will this be useful?" or "Who will benefit from this?"
